Cannot open up ZP 4.5.0.1

I am able to open up ProjectMaker but I am unable to open up ZP. It load modules and then I get a frozen white screen for about 3 minutes then it goes away. This problem just started happening. I am running Windows Server Enterprise 2007 , 3 GB RAM , 40GB Harddrive.

Is there a log or something?

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but run into the same problem

Remove c:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\ZennoLab\ZennoPoster\4\ProxyChecker\ResourceGridLayout.xml
And restart ZennoPoster
