Cannot reinstall ZP

I was not able to run my zennoposter so i tried to uninstall and install it again. When I tried reinstalling I get an error "no connection to authorization server"

It is not Internet Explorer, Firewall or antivirus issue, so please help me to fix this error

It cannot reach our servers by some reason. Did you tried to fully disable antivirus and firewall?

Also please check if IE has proxy in it's settings

I tried it again. When i disable antivirus and firewall it still doesnt work

IE has default settings, there are no proxies

I also tried installing demo version on virtual machine and I still get the same message "no connection to authorization server"

1) try to ping userarea-us.zennolab.com and userarea.zennolab.com and make screenshots and post them here
2) Try to use NET repair tool https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135

I also used NET repair tool and it didnt fix the problem
