cannot see the User Interface

I came accross this issue,please help me to solve it,thanks,what can I do for it?
 
Restart of software is needed.
What build do you use?
 
build = version number
 
This most likely happens when you run out of free resources of PC.
Please run Diagnostic.exe and attach report
 
Had the same problem since about build 5.0.5.0 regularly. Since the latest version (5.7.5.0) it seems not to happen that often since before. The only thing whicht helped me out was to close and reopen ZP. Then the UI worked again.
