Cannot start Projectmanager all of a sudden (no connection to authorization server)

It says "Cannot get initial profile there is no connection to the authorization server or IP is blocked". What is going on?
Never had this before, it worked an hour ago (I didn't change anything and I'm not on an VPN).

What antivirus do you have? try disabling it or adding zennoposter program folder to exclusions.
