Cant connect from another server

I have vpn with public ip and install CapMonster, it working but when i put that ip and port in settings in soft on other server it cant connect. Could you tell me how to connect to CapMonster to another server ?

What do you have in CapMonster settings? Probably you should set your public IP.

i cant set ip address, when i select that and set, after close CapMonster and run again ip desapear and select again set ip address automaticaly:

Have you restarted the service in Work process tab after setting IP-adress? The program remembers last workable settings.
