[SOLVED] Can't Install 4.2

I've tried installing 4.2 on different machines and every time i get the same error. Everything works perfectly and then at the Installation Process it stops at 0% where is says Registering product in the system and give me an error saying unpacking error

Try to re-download build.

downloaded it and tried got the same error.

what I'm thinking it has something to do with the licensing.

when did 4.2 come out and what changes? do I receive emails when new version comes out?

Please send ZLInstallerLog.log which is located on C:// if you try to install ZP to disk C.

Yeah it would be good if announcements were sent out when a new build is released. What was changed in this build?
