Can't Open publish.buffer.com

Since a few days ago, PM/ZP hasn't been able to open buffer.com (which I rely heavily for social automation).

It gets stuck on the main https://publish.buffer.com page, where this waiting icon stays forever flashing (see screenshot).

I mainly use Chrome as the browser type but also tried other types of browsers and none of them worked.

May I know how to solve the problem?

I have 7.7.3.0.

Is updating the software the only option to solve this problem?
It's a difficult time and I don't have the budget right now.

I'm afraid that yes, only updating will solve the issue.
The site is not working in old browser.
