Cant select elements on page

Look, I have enabled "Follow the cursor" And Where is my cursor and where are selected elements?
And this is not some new bug, but is there for a very long time already.

How often do you face this problem? randomly or constantly? on certain website or any?
Also, what screen resolusion and scale is set on your system?

On google right now, but it has happened long time ago on some other websites als, well, I can't be sure i remember right but i think this was yahoo in the past. . I don't want to say happens randomly because I'm sure there is a reason this happens, but i don't have more info what is this reason. But don't happen very often.

PS. Isn't it possible to implement its own scaling options in zenno? I mean i would like my rest of PC to have 125% scaling, but i want zenno to stay at 100% scaling, as Project maker require lot more info to see on screen, but for the rest of PC i don't need all that small.
Maybe this would also solve all those problems. For example Mozilla Thunderbird has such option where i can scale it independently from my system.

Does the problem persist if you set lower display resolution, for example 1920x1280? Just for testing purpose.
