Capmonster and AntiCaptcha

I have a program that is trying to check balance of Anti-Captcha and wont get past this until it can check balance. Is there anything available for Capmonster Pro that can pass the /getbalance. I know on this program i have to save the API key of anticaptcha in a file. Capmonster Cloud works perfectly but want to try out my Capmonster Pro as well. Any help is appreciated

In CapMonster go to Settings=>Captcha-services=> check AntiGate. Then restart the programm. After this all requests sent to Anti-Captcha should be redirected to CapMonster.

Im wondering if its how this program is setup because im getting an error each time like this:

HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.anti-captcha.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /getBalance (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x000001DA23CAB640>: Failed to establish a new connection: [WinError 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it'))

Can you edit source code?
Which module do you use work with anti-captcha?
