capmonster cloud problem

I'm having trouble sending a recaptcha
I put capmonster on vps and it works as I send remotely
but how capmonster is on pc does not work at all on pc
port 80 unblocked in the firewall
what could be the reason
I will add that capmonster cannot find my ip in the settings to set ip

problem solved capmonster can't see my ip computer because the internet provider is blocking ports and access to the router configuration
