Any chance to get the attached type of captcha solved? I tried 10 captchas and not even one was recognized correctly.

Captcha. Had the same problem in the past, when I tried to solve those captchas using the standalone version of Camponster on our servers. As far as I remember using the "universal module" did't solve the problem...

Btw is it possible to create and use own captcha module in Capmonster Cloud like it is in Capmonster standalone software?

Unfortunately, own modules can't be used in CapMonsterCloud.
If you send us image samples of this captcha, we will add it to universal module and cloud service.
 
@VladZen How do set up the module for recognition in the "Recognize Captcha - More - Module Settings" field?? As I don't wan't to send all captchas in general to a specific module like gmx, as I will do when I add the "__gmx" to my API key in ZP/PMs "General Settingss-Captchas-Secret Key field of CMcloud"?

The same way as in CM desktop - with additional parameter CapMonsterModule=ZennoLab.gmx
 
@VladZen Are there currently any problems with captcha-type of gmx (CapMonsterModule=ZennoLab.gmx)? Since yesterday it says
'This type of captchas is not supported by the service or the image does not contain an answer, perhaps it is too noisy. It could also mean that the image is corrupted or was incorrectly rendered. '
and also when I login at capmonster.cloud and try to solve those captcha type in the demo section it says "Could not recognize captcha"

nobody complained about it yet...
could you please attach couple new samples of gmx captcha to check it?

Didn't you try to solve this captcha in CapMonster program as well?
 
I added you sample of captchas and screenshots of errors. I tried to solve it in ZP/PM with Capmonster Cloud and in the userarea of CMC under demo. Currently don't have subscription to CM standalone software.

Any news on this issue? Otherwise I have to change the captcha recognition to another service in all my bots if CM(cloud) is not working any longer for it.
