CapMonster Refund

Hey,
Since Dec 9,
I've submitted a ticket support.
I've sent email to support.
I've posted on BHW thread.
To ask a refund for CapMonster...

I love this piece of software, but there's a non-tech issue that I have to ask for a refund on my CapMonster, and I plan to subscribe someday when I am ready.

So, how long it takes to process my refund...?

We already processed the refund on 8 December.
Please contact our billing PayPro if money didn't return yet.
