CapMonter failed proxy has been banned vs no response

I have encountered this error several days for help
me are using
CapMonter + faucetcollector

i think its bugs on version 2.10.8.2 and 2.10.8.3. usually after a few minutes. will stop alone
back to version 2.10.8.1 is very stable

I tried it
no response

I thinks it's bad proxy. I guess you have them less that 100 and half is banned.
