Captcha was not sent - error

Hello,

I'm getting this error now (did not have before)...
As you see from the image... the captcha is there, but the message say it's not.
I'm using ZennoLab.universal module.
I'm using Antigate API and I send the image by S3.

Do you know what is happening ?

I think it's the lack of threads...
