Change way and message

Can you please change Way and message other way around please.

Because:

To get error in first way you have to do: project.SendErrorToLog("", "Accounts file is empty", true);
Obvious first error is better not like all errors in second column...

Extended logs are depricated part of software. They will not be modified or changed in future builds.
We suggest to use standard logs. They have all neccesary information.
