Check text presence

Could you please add option that check text presence working and recording in project even if record button is off ?
Because as I'm only working with action designer and when i need check text presence i should enable recording and after that disable.
If text presence will be added even if recording is off then I do not need this record button in whole project

Captcha Action

Ah and that same is with captcha solving action. - Actually the best solution for captcha action would be. Click on captcha and choose action designer and then choose set and from dropdown choose captcha or something. Otherwise when I need to choose captcha then i should press record button then record captcha with answer field then disable recording as i do not need this anymore. Next i should check captcha with action designer to find what element is good and working with form number -1, next i should go back to captcha action and edit captcha search elements.
As you see this is pretty long way.
