closing and re-launching windows applications

just wondering if i can close a windows application and re open it with zenno? If possible can someone point me in the right direction. I have found c# commands online that all you to launch applications but don't see anything to close them.

I think using the ".bat" will be the simplest way...

start notepad.exe
exit


and save that in filename.bat and then call from zenno
