CM not displaying/solving recap image

I have good proxies loaded into CM settings for recap sitekey addon but am getting a timeout error and no image attempted to be solved. I have used for over a year and never had this issue before. What could this issue be?

Enable Show browser in ReCaptcha Sitekey addon settings
and check what actually happens when solving recaptcha.
