CM2 MCS Need Help!

Hi everyone. I'm a new member.
I have a captcha like this:

try CM2 with universal module solve it but not working. I try create a new module in MCS but a problem make me tired.

Max rate i have it about 20%. I need any help can make up rate. Please help me.
I'm Vietnamese english not good thank all.
