code creator won't start

i have ZP standard license

yesterday I used C# function for the first in project maker , and was amazed how better it was to implement nested loops and play with multiple tables

SO i decided to give code creator a shot , but when i double click it I get that admin rights window and nothing happens after that . All other programs are working perfectly .

Am i missing something ? some dependency etc

IF i have to reinstall , what is the procedure without loosing my current settings and setup. and projects

Code Creator won't open if Project Maker is running. Only one of them should be used.
