copy contents of clipboard into variable

Is there a way to copy the contents of the windows clipboard into a variable...?

It's for use with one of these discardable mail-adresses, where you press a button on the site and it copies the address into the clipboard, but I would like to have it in a variable as well.

return System.Windows.Forms.Clipboard.GetText();
