Crash by uploading files

I read somewhere that uploading problem is solved once and at all.

If that was solved in 5.8.7.0 then it is not true, and in this ver. problem is still there...

BTW what part of hardware or maybe anything from software is making this crash if there is any info about this...?

We dont use browser version from 5.8 anymore.
Test on latest 5.9+
