critical error happened when I try to run project in zennopster

I get this critical error , and the project stop , I run diagnostic ， and get follow information.

You need to provide more information. When it happend, after what kind of actions? What you did to make it work again?

When I disconnected my vpn , it works again. BTW, the project can work with VPN, but it get error sometimes.
the VPN locate in HK , and it seems that if I connect to US vpn, it also work.
