Ctrl + V Paste actions problem

Since not sure what version but Paste with a hotkey for actions does not work for me.
I can copy action with CTRL + C but when I try to paste it in another template with CTRL + V nothing happens.
Although I can right-click and Paste then it works fine, so CTRL+V as hotkey does not work.

I use v5.27.1 and it already does not work there.
did not work on the newest versions also when tested.

When you copy action block from one template to another, you should set focus into target template before pasting block.
This has been fixed in latest versions

Well, it is much worse in the lastest version.
Hotkeys working and not working randomly.
