DeathByCapcha Error..!

hi i am using squid proxies for web 2 sites templates...and i use DeathByCapcha Service..

when solving captchas i got a response for captcha recognition result like Remote Server (502) Gateway error...

i cant found whats the problem it is....

it's from proxy server problem ? or captcha server problem.?

I'm also using DBC with ZennoPoster. However, I was wondering how to report not-sovled captcha. I know I should send POST with my credentials + not-solved captcha id but how do I get the id?

Also, do I have to - for example - build PHP script with the POST form and simply use 'go to page' feature or there is nicer/simplier way of achieveing it?

Sorry I didn't mention - I use ZP 3.6.

So i get 'URL for complaint' from the captch branch properties and then put it in another branch with macro/Web browser for sending? is that right?

Yes. You just initiate opening of this URL

I have just tested it.

the 'URL for complaint' is blank. I tried both: "Go to Page" and as a message in JS alert. In both cases it returned blank value.

Any thoughts?

Did you set anti captcha service or you use monkeyenter?)

I have run 2 tests:

a)
I copy the 'URL for complaint" value from the Captcha branch properties (the 'Recognition Result' section) - {-FieldData.FieldData-|-●1●0●2●8●5●2●-|-cr-8870-|-Complain-}

In my template, I put this: {-FieldData.FieldData-|-●1●0●2●8●5●2●-|-cr-8870-|-Complain-} as a source string to display in Macro: JavaScript and Debug -> Alert

In the Debug mode I receive an alert with nothing displayed on it.

In the Debug mode I the blank web page was displayed.
