Deathbycaptcha problem

Hi,
I download the latest beta and add deathcaptcha to one of my template (working good with decatptcher).

I set the deathbycaptcha dll and tried in debug mode, when it comes to captcha reconizing, it handles with this error:

The specified file is not found. (Exception of HRESULT : 0x80070002)

Help

And now with this beta,using decaptcher.dll, gave me this error:
(417) Expectation Failed. à System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()

btw, is there a way to use a proxy only once ?
