Debug setting not saved

Just a small issue with the debug setting in latest 5.5.0.

When I set: Execute the first action (under: Play project from the beginning), and close down PM, it never saves the setting when I restart.

Also clear log doesn't seem to be saved.

It seems to be intermittent, so might be ok. I was referring to this:

These settings saves fine after restart of software. How to reproduce? screencast maybe?
