Denied access for folders or files

How to solve the problem when you working with some folder, and latter try to the same move or delete, but you get a error " another application using this folder " or " denied access", is possible with some snippet - relax and restart taskbar and tell to windows that release action of this folder ?

Thanks, i try manually and not works, the app offer me after reboot to get free folder, but with iobit-unlocker app folder is unlocked, but this app not have option for cl. It is strange, some folders are fine, some not, maybe is some internal with my windows.

One case, when I put Zenno for windows schedule, when system restart it goes in system apps, not visible, Zenno has the behavior like native windows app, maybe there is some problem ... why zenno catch some folder and not release after a finished job ?

solved, problem was antivirus

But some big processes, if need time, I now solve with bat, restarting explorer.exe:

taskkill /im explorer.exe /f
start explorer.exe
exit

In my case main problem was antivirus, but I had another, but solved with explorer.
