It's already available in zennolab user area in english as well.
There are just few bugfixes comparing to 7.3.1.0.

In past and in the future always will Russian version be first, and you need to wait for the translation. It is the same as when you something write on your native language - this you can do fast.

I know that, I've been using ZP for 8 years now. But the 7.3.1.1 contains bugfixes only, no need to translate anything, capisce?

every day comparison for some user about Russian version on English forum is so irritating, for sure you can ask, but everybody can take Russian version and solve all problems. Maybe they can disable view and problems will be solved .

Word " recommend" is optional, when you something recommend with more choices right, but if you have now only subscription model, it is not optional it is only? Can you tell us more about it, what it means " not available currently"? Thanks

There is always a choice at least not to buy, right? or wait if full license will be returned.
Model of sales is considered to be changed. Unfortunately, I don't have more info.

From angle old user, it is good, fewer people will try it is 444$ yearly and less competition on a freelance market, but from angle of some who want to recommend some friend to learn, it is tricky, because you do not give info is this for a long time, for 2 months or year.

As I explained, model of sales can be changed soon. There is no info whether full license will be returned or not.
