Does Variable REALLY delete line after using? (List Processing)

I just made a test with email, and set this setup

But when runing it just uses the first email on the list which makes me feel it does not DELETER LINE AFTER TAKING as I set.

is that working properly? I am using it at random now but Im affraid it is going to repeat emails a lot.

You List should be attached to file. Just open List Settings, attach it to file and mark all checkboxes.

Yeah my list is attached to a txt file but the checkboxes weren't all marked maybe this is why they were not being deleted after use?

Sure. Mark all of the checkboxes and restart your template.
