Is that I bought the program yesterday and I can not get any recaptcha, only the solvemedia entered.

Not only via sitekey, you also can solve recaptcha by 'recognizing in tab'( second option in Recaptcha solve acition)
Also you can use C# code Snippet ( like in zenno wiki - https://zennolab.com/wiki/en:addons:capmonster:rc2 )

To solve recaptchas tou need the sitekey module addon, its 10$ on site.
