Element tree dont follow "Follow the cursor"

When you enabled Follow the cursor, then as long as you moved to the next element, this element was selected in Element Tree automatically.
Now it does nothing. Element tree stays idle wherever i move my mouse.

This is an old mode which works in FireFox and CEF (Chrome) browser engines in ProjectMaker.
Unfortunately, this was not implemented for Chromium due to technical reasons.
