Emulating mouse click is still recognized as not a real mouse click?

I have some pop up's /unders on site.
When i emulate mouse click anywhere on screen nothing happens.
But when i really clicks with the mouse in the browser window, the pop up/under get's triggered.
IS there a way to trigger these in zennoposter?

Tried with emulation of mouse left click, but isnt working.

Sometimes you must use mouseemulation, read c# docs.
