Error Caused by "unexpected packet format"

I forwarded the @mail email to one of my domains mail server. But when the email confirmation phase takes place I get this error "The handshake failed due to an unexpected packet format."

Can you tell me what might cause this problem?

(i double checked mail server, user,port and pass. It ain't these that cause the problems...)

And the strange is other apps like SENUKE X for instance work ok with my mail server...

EDIT:
Got it! It has to do with the Coding True/False. The parameter was set to True and it fact was false. That was the reason for that "unexpected format"
