Updated to 7.4 but the problem still occurs.
My project contains company information so I can't send it.
It's about uploading large video files (from a shared folder on another computer) to Youtube.
But when I cut it down to only contain the Restart the Instance action (attached here), the error does not occur. Only when other actions are there, the error would occur, which happens 20% time of Restart the Instance.
Still, I am attaching the file here with all other actions removed. Again, the error does not happen in this file when other actions where deleted.

The error happened on this simple file as well, after running it for 15 minutes.

The error happened on this simple file probably because my main project was also running at the same time. When my main project is not running, this simple file can run for hours without the error.
