Error getting information about your hardware 5.12.3.0

Hi

I have installed the Zennoposter to my VPS. When it try to get the information about my hardware, it takes really long and popup the windows said "Error getting information your hardware".

I have tried to install the software to other VPS, it has the same issue. I have removed both PC from my user area already.

It was working fine on both VPS before.

Could you tell me what should I do?

Hi,
When I want to upgrade to 5.12.3.0, I've this error.
I couldn't go further.
So I tried to uninstall my previous version and install 5.12.2.0 ok.

Did you had this issue "Error getting information about your hardware" before ?

at given link there is file "ZennoBox-EN-v5.12.3.0" is it the same as ZennoPoster?

There are several programs as you can see.
Do you have the same hardware problem with zennobox? If yes, you should download version from dropbox to solve it.

I had same hardware problem ("Error getting information about your hardware") when installing ZennoPoster v5.12.3.0 (only on one machine), I didn't noticed previously there is Zennoposter 5.12.3.0 in the dropbox, now downloaded, installed it and its OK.

With the install from Dropbox, I don't have the choice to update ZennoPoster Pro,only installation available. When I try, I've now an other issue :
"Installed product is not purchased"

Then I tried again the other install ZennoPosterPro-EN-v5.12.3.0 (not from Dropbox, but from https://userarea.zennolab.com) without clicking on upgrade, but installing.
Work fine.
Looks an upgrade issue maybe.

Works fine with the correct version downloaded from the dropbox folder as given above.
