Error loading project

Hello

My zenoposter for some reason can't load projects, I did try updating to latest version and restarting server but it didn't help.

Problem was reported to support via ticket on 21 February 2018 and still was not fixed. What happend to your support you ware pretty fast and helpful in a past and now over month and still problem was not fixed.
