error message

I get this message all the time:

CapMonster 2 intercept
The page "127.0.0.3" is not available now. For restore access to this page, stop the service of CapMoster 2.

That's not a error. This means the localhost http://127.0.0.3 is now reserved by CapMonster service.

If that is not a error, how do I get rid of the message so I can continue with the program.
