Error running CapMonster 2

I got my trial version yesterday but I tried to use the software I got this error.

I run it as Administrator but I still have the problem. Also, I uninstalled my antivirus and changed the port but remaining the same.
Please I need a solution as fast as possible and thanks a lot.

Please enable extended log in CM, repeat the error and run Diagnostic.
