error setting the proxy

Do you guys encounter this problem, sometimes when it has to set the proxy, i noticed also in PM and in zenno that it doesn't always set it up. Is there any work around this error ? or am i doing something wrong. All the settings the same, sometimes. I tested this in 7.7.0.0 and 7.7.3.0

You should tell what is actually the error you get when setting proxy, what proxy type. etc.
Do you also emulate geo/timezone/webrtc when setting proxy?
