I am getting this error all the time

I just uninstalled and installed the last version but it keep showing this error. How can i fix this.

Подскажите как исправить такую же ошибку ?
Всплывает в зенно постере такое же окно с абсолютно такой же ошибкой.
Версия зенно 5,3,1,0
запущен на Win server 2012 R2 64bit
