i made a template and when i try to debug it it says
At 1 ateempt message has not been found yet, next will be in 60 sec and then
At 2 ateempt message has not been found yet, next will be in 120 sec i don't know how to solve this

During your email validation process, the message is not being found. This can be happening for a few reasons. If you extend the time it takes your mail to be found, this may help; If this is the format 30;60;120.

This means Zenno will check for the mail the first time after 30seconds expires, if not found, Zenno will wait 60seconds until next check, if not found Zenno will wait 120seconds until next check.

You can set this to any time you desire. Make sure your email / passwords / pop3 settings are correct - as well as the pop3 settings in the email account itself.

Probably you use wrong regular expression to find message.

I got that, It checked the email before making the account). I just checked first step at the account creatiom step.
