I have been using Zennoposter version 5.11.3.0 for months now with no hiccups, until today.

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, but now i get this "failed to initialize connection with authorized server" error even when installing.

Nothing about my PC changed since when zennoposter was working fine.
- running windows 7

Help would be GREATLY appreciated
 
After getting the first error, I then am sent to "check availability of licences" as part of the installation steps, only to get an error when attempting to authorize. Error is classified as Error description "10" on the zennolab help page here https://userarea.zennolab.com/lk/help.aspx?lang=EN&errCode=10

I need assistance from anyone who could help asap!
 
same error occurs when installing any version 5.11.3.0 and up. guys i really need some help =(

Do you use a proxy?
The time on your computer is correct? If no, synchronize the time of your computer with Windows server. - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...e/20f3b546-af38-42fb-a2d0-d4df13cc8f43?auth=1

Besides, disable antivirus and firewall during the installation.

no proxy being used.
time is correct and synced.
all possibilities from error i have already thoroughly read b4 your recommendation to do so, but thanks.
also attempted installation with fresh install of windows and with no active anti-virus.
 
Please after the problem repeat launch Diagnostic.exe in ZennoPoster folder and send report.zip.
