failed to run visual studio

I make new project in visual studio code but I got this message even though the visual studio opened
error failed

VS 22 is supported only in version 7.7.1.0.

We need some more info to solve this problem.
Please do the following:
1. Close all VisualStudio instances, make sure devenv.exe didn't left in processes.
2. Run ProjectMaker and create Visual Studio solution, then run Visual studio and make diagnostic report (run Diagnostic.exe). Also make a screenshot of Visual studio window title.
3. Close ProjectMaker, close all VisualStudio instances, make sure devenv.exe didn't left in processes
4. Run ProjectMaker and try connecting to previously created VS solution, make diagnostic report after Visual Studio runs as well as the screenshot of Visual studio window title.
Please send me 2 reports with 2 screenshots in pm.

similar problem here: in my case PM says that VS is not installed (but I have VS 2019 community installed)
