File for Upload Fails when "," is in the File Name

Does it work when you save manually in browser?
because this is incorrect character for file name,

It works when I manually upload it, even in the PM window.
The file name is accepted in Windows, and can work in all browsers. Just not when uploaded automatically with File for Upload.
