Files Write Text not always adding line break to end

Sometimes "Process files>>Write text" doesnt always add a line break at end regardless if the box is ticked or not
Seems to happen to me if i have 1 template running that does the write text (append & add line break ticked) and another template Taking a line from that same file by means of a table.

Is this a known bug or am i doing something wrong?

I have the same problems when removing a line of text then trying to append it back later on in the template it never adds the line break.

Bug working with the same file as with table and just file won't be safe anyway.
