Finding and working on files in WHM

Hello,
i have a problem, when I try to make an automation for WHM(cpanell) i come to a point where I could not find any solution. In Cpanell there is a section names Filemanager where i can directly work on files and directories on my vps. and there I can serch for directories. And to this point i can make all with the zennoposter, but then it starts to get complicated for me: I cannot find a way to search and open a special file in filemanager.(in my special case it is a wp-config.php, where I want to delete and modyfy some code) How can i do this? I try so much ways but no way works for me. Maybe somone can give me a little advise? hope so...

I want to make a bot cause I have there about 700 domains ....every domain is in an extra account (needs 700 ftp accounts which are not created)and yes I want to know how I can automate the process finding and editing on files.

There is always one global ftp account what can access all your other domains on server.
