Flash site not loading in browser window

Hi - We're trialling the demo V5.9.8.0 on a project with a Flash intensive website. Initially there were warnings that Flash had to be downloaded and installed so we installed Firefox / Flash and the warnings disappeared. Now ZennoPoster seems to go through the motions of loading the site but on "completion" only the black background appears. Browser Profile has all the left hand side setting ticked and the right hand side ignore boxes unticked and when loading is shown as done with green lower left icon tick the source code displayed is all there. But while external Firefox shows a Flash site, ZP browser only has a black screen. - Thanks for any help...

Thanks for the reply. The box was already checked so I left it checked, restarted the software but got the same result. I tried it unchecked, restarted the software, and got the same result. It's now back to being checked as per your screenshot.
