When using this in Run Brower: --zl-fonts-dir
And when also using profile folder.

What happens there? When i run it will randomize fonts in profile each time i login into account?
OR this argument will randomize fonts only once, first time when creating profile folder and then saving information about fonts in profile files and then reusing next time?

This argument does not randomize fonts.
It allows to connect certain fonts set by specifying a path to a folder with fonts.
for example: --zl-fonts-dir=C:\fonts
If you have several sets with fonts, you can randomize a path when launching instance with this argument
and, thus, randomize font fingerprint.
