Get threadS IDs?

Hello, how could I get all running threads IDs of another template?

Use case example-
Need this for stability, to keep track of threads. When thread starts template A would save each thread ID to file.

Template B running every minute, and comparing the thread IDs in the file and the ones that are actually running, to see if some threads crashed.

This is very needed feature to get access to threads and manage them.

I'm feeling a little positive about this one, because there is a 'TaskHelper' code that we can use to get the current state of the template, count of running threads etc. so let's wait!
